Once you have contacted the returns department you will receive a swift reply with return information including a returns id number. Please include these details with any returns. We recommend using an insured signed-for service (such as Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery) as these will compensate you should your parcel be lost or damaged in transit.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Our free standard delivery time is 2-5 working days from the receipt of your order.
I forgot my password to my account on neotechs.co.uk what should I do?
If you forgot your password, please click "password forgotton ? Click here" on the login page and enter your registered email address and then press “Continue”. Your password will be sent to your email address immediately. We are unable to give out your password over the phone as these are encrypted and only viewable to the user. We advise our customers to keep their passwords safely.

How do I know if I have successfully placed an order with you?
After placing a successful order on our website, you will see a confirmation page with the order number. You will also received an automated email that will be sent to your registered email address. You can also log on to "My Account" on http://www.neotechs.co.uk/index.php?route=account/account to check your recent order history. If you cannot see order details in your account and you have not received a confirmation email, it means the order has not been successful. Please try again to re-submit your order. Please note if you have not received an email be sure to check your email spam folder
We offer various ways for you to pay for your order, including MasterCard, Visa, Maestro (previously Switch), Solo and Visa Electron and Paypal. These are all handled through Protx/Paypal both repultable secure payment providers.
Can I place an order on the phone with you?
If you require assistance you can contact us on 0870......... Our payments are received solely through Paypal and Protx which are external companies making your payment more secure. Therefore if you wish to buy on the phone an email payment request will be sent to meet your requirements.
Can I add more products to my order after I already placed the order?
Yes, you can add more items to your order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. Please send us an email to shop@neotechs.co.uk with your order number and the name of item you wish to buy. Our Customer service agents will contact you and advise on futher steps. Please bear in mind that this may cause a slight delay with delivering your order.

Do I have to register with you to place an order?
Yes, you need to be registed on our website in order to place an order with us. We require the billing/delivery address so that we know where to deliver the goods as well as to e-mail you with any future correspondence and updates. Please note that we do not store any customers sensitive information such as card details at any stage, this is all handled by our secure external payment providers Sagepay and Paypal.
Can you deliever to a different address than my billing address?
Your billing address must be your registered payment card address, your delivery address can be different
Do the prices on the website include VAT?
All are prices are inclusive of 15% VAT
Our website uses encryption for all customer details and all payments are processed though external secure socket layer (SSL) payment companies. Please note at no point do we receive, have access or store any credit card details.
